Earth Bound Angel Stories
These are stories of those who have survived bacterial meningitis.
The stories are written by individuals who have the right to share them. They are copyrighted by those families. They nor any photos may not be copied, distributed, edited or used without written permission from the writer or Meningitis Angels.
Rules for Submission
1. By submitting you hereby give Meningitis Angels the right to publish and use your story and photos. You must be the person the story is about or a person with legal right to submit.
2. Please refrain from names of medical facilities, personal or other persons not of immediate family. All content will be edited for spelling, grammar and content.
3.Please use proper writing format. NO All CAPS please. Use size 10 or 12 font in Arial print please. You may want to write in word and copy and paste on the form.
4. If you are using copyrighted poetry or materials in your story, please make sure to include the by line name.
5. Submit photos to fmilley@aol.com in jpeg format only.
