Heaven Bound Angel Stories
These are stroies about those whose lives have been taken by bacterial meningitis.
The stories are written by individuals who have the right to share them. They are copyrighted by those families. They nor any photos may not be copied, distributed, edited or used without written permission from the writer or Meningitis Angels.
Rules for Submission
1. By submitting your story and photos, you hereby give Meningitis Angels the right to publish and use your story and photos. Please note: All submissions will be edited for content, grammar and spelling.
2. You must be the person the story is about or a person with legal right to submit.
3. Please refrain from names of medical facilities, personal or other persons not of immediate family.
4. Please use proper writing format. NO All CAPS please. Use size 10 or 12 font in Arial print please and spell check your submission. You may want to do on word then copy and paste in the form blank below.
5. If you are using copyrighted poetry or materials in your story, please make sure to include the by line name. 6. Submit photos to fmilley@aol.com in jpeg format only. Please only one or two photos per e-mail.
